Our four-week sprints are designed to help you identify the single most critical area that needs attention — the bottleneck that’s holding you back — and guide you through a focused, actionable sprint to overcome it.

No, your sprint will be customized to your specific goals. We don’t work on the principle of fixed offerings. Your sprint will be four weeks and $5,000 USD, but the exact scope will vary. We’ll work with you to clarify the best solution to your bottleneck and the actions to get there.

Three options: You can carry on as before but with the benefits of your sprint, choose to work on another sprint, or enter an ongoing partnership with one of our fractional CMOs. There is no commitment you are locked into once your sprint is complete.

Absolutely not. We believe in pay-as-you-go services to maintain agility and ROI (unless requested otherwise.) Our longer-term fractional CMO plans start with just a 30-day commitment, so this four-week sprint falls within that period and no further obligations to you apply.

We apply a monthly pay-as-you-go model, unless requested otherwise. The first month’s invoice must be paid before work can begin.
