Zeta Sky relied on referrals as a way of obtaining new clients. They wanted to move beyond this by developing an online presence to attract new leads. However, their website was not effectively communicating their service offerings and range of technical expertise.
The Solution
We researched and defined Zeta Sky’s offerings and target audiences, allowing us to build a website that clearly and concisely showcases their managed IT and security services. We created a case studies archive to demonstrate their expertise and promote it to prospects in email outreach campaigns. To further attract new prospects, we worked with them to plan events such as NCSAM 2019.
The Results
Zeta Sky’s been working with our dedicated strategist since 2019. They no longer face questions about their experience or expertise from prospective clients, as these are clearly communicated on their website and via their growing reputation. They now have effective ways of attracting clients, both on and offline.
